To ensure all hospitals, EMS agencies, and blood banks in the CATRAC region are communicating, collaborating, cooperating, and all moving toward a regional goal of providing life-saving whole blood to all patients with life-threatening hemorrhage at the earliest possible time of intervention, and ensuring the highest quality of care to those patients.
