Performance Improvement Committee Chair

- The Committee Chair will identify and select committee members to serve years with staggered terms. Members to include: 2 ED RNs, 2 ED MDs, 2 EMS MDs, 2 EMS Paramedics
- Complete confidential statements and non-disclosure documentation annually
- Review regional process for case review submission and outcome guidelines
- Conduct confidential case reviews in collaboration with staff
- Collect incident data to identify potential regional patterns
- Develop actionable recommendations or regional guidelines using input from applicable committees and workgroups
- Assess the effectiveness of the Case Review process
- Consult with legal counsel to ensure confidential processes are documented and implemented

PI Case Review Request
CATRAC and our stakeholders shall conduct ongoing performance evaluation through quality indicators developed by each Committee Chair of the Board Recognized Committees, to ensure continued compliance with regional guidelines.
